Coach Kat is a health policy advocate, trauma coach, climbing coach, and community outreach member for the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence. Her work is informed by her experiences with addiction, her son’s brush with death, her own brush with death in the 2015 Nepal Earthquake, surviving a narcissistic relationship, and the tragic opioid overdose death of her brother Christian. Coach Kat holds a degree in Human Development and a certified Life Coach specializing in complex PTSD and narcissistic abuse recovery
